1. Supplier and business customers

The supplier is Brandeal, a UK sole trader. Postal address: 50 Beechwood Terrace, LS4 2NG, United Kingdom. Contact brandealbusiness@gmail.com. These offers are for customers buying for their business, trade or profession. We do not currently accept consumer orders.

2. Agreeing an order

An enquiry does not place an order. We check your source and availability, then confirm the deliverables, total price, delivery date and these terms by email. An order is agreed when you accept that written offer and we confirm acceptance. Payment is due before drafting starts. After your order is agreed and payment processing is available, we send a Stripe payment link. Use only the link supplied with your confirmed order; never pay through a test or sandbox checkout.

3. What is included

The £49 one-off pilot includes three LinkedIn text posts of 120–200 words each from one authorised written source up to 1,500 words, source references, a suggested sequence and one consolidated revision round.

The £175 monthly package includes eight LinkedIn text posts of 120–200 words each, one newsletter draft of 400–600 words, a publishing calendar, source references and one consolidated revision round. It covers one brand and audience, using up to two sources totalling 6,000 words.

We deliver editable text by email or an agreed document format. Posting, account management, graphics, video, community management and additional source research are not included. Scope changes need a separate written quote and your acceptance.

4. Timing and revisions

Target first drafts are three business days for the pilot and five business days for the monthly package, after payment and complete input. Your written order sets the actual delivery date. Business days exclude weekends and England and Wales bank holidays. If information is missing or a delay arises, we will contact you to agree a revised date.

Please send one consolidated revision request within seven calendar days of receiving the drafts. We confirm the revision delivery date, normally within three business days. Revisions cover the agreed brief; a new source, audience or direction is a scope change. Corrections needed because we failed to meet the agreed scope are not charged as additional revisions.

5. Prices and monthly renewal

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Brandeal is not VAT-registered and does not charge VAT. The pilot does not become a subscription. Monthly work is separately agreed and renewed each month; there is no automatic debit or minimum multi-month commitment at launch. You may decline the next month by email before accepting its order. Price changes apply only to future orders you accept.

6. Cancellation, refunds and problems

Email us to cancel. If you cancel before we deliver the first drafts, we will refund the order in full. After first drafts are delivered, a change of mind does not automatically qualify for a refund; the included revision remains available.

If we cannot deliver, we will offer a revised date or refund the undelivered service. If work does not match the agreed scope, tell us what is wrong so we can correct it without an additional charge. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will agree an appropriate refund for the affected work, up to the full order price. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within two business days. Agreed refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within five business days; your provider may take longer to display the credit. Digital services have no physical return or shipping process.

7. Your material and the deliverables

You retain ownership of your source and confirm you have the right to use it. Supply accurate information and remove confidential or identifiable participant information before sending it. You permit us to use the source only to perform the agreed work.

Drafting is AI-assisted. We check drafts against the supplied source; you must review factual claims, suitability and third-party rights before publishing. We do not promise that AI-assisted text is unique or eligible for exclusive copyright. After payment, you may edit and publish the delivered text for your business. Your material or work will not be used as a public case study without permission.

8. Outcomes and privacy

We supply the defined content, not guaranteed leads, reach, rankings or sales. We will use reasonable care and skill. Our privacy notice explains how we handle enquiry and customer information. Any project requiring personal-data processing on your behalf needs a separate agreed arrangement before that information is shared.
